Circuit training is a time efficient, effective way to get a full body workout for both strength and cardio. During a circuit training workout, you alternate between different exercises working different muscles with minimal rest in between. While one muscle group recovers, you work another, meaning you can move quickly through a workout, and keep your heart rate up for cardio. This can be done in stations, such as in a boot camp style class, or on your own with minimal or no equipment.

Try this quick Full Body Circuit Training Workout below. Start with a mobility move, then move on to upper body, lower body, core then cardio. All you need is a set of dumbbells!
