Great machine I use my trainer every day. I get more out of a 15 minute workout than my 40-45 minutes on my stationary bike.

Good design, space saving and easy to use Like the design, its compact yet not cheaply made. Enjoy being able to use at home and not deal with going to the gym. Its small enough to fit easily in my hone but sturdy enough to feel comfortable and safe to use. Has all the nice features as well, especially when used with the JRNY app.

The Adaptive Workouts are helping me on my fitness journey! I love the Adaptive workout program, with its coaching, and the video/locations I can select while I work out. Over 50 and a walk/tennis person, I thought this machine might be a bit too difficult (stair elliptical!) for me, but I am committed to better health, endurance, and strength and I am welcoming the challenge and will look forward to reaping the rewards!
