The Five-minute Summer Body Workout - Part 2

Summer: It’s both the time to get in shape and the time for sequels — This workout is a little bit of both! You loved last year’s Five-Minute Summer Body Workout so we created a brand new one for you, another short, yet effective, routine to add to your get-ripped-quick repertoire. All you need are a set of SelectTech Dumbbells and five minutes and you are good to go:

You will do five exercises for one minute each, taking a few seconds to rest and transition in between. A mix of compound moves (upper and lower body done together) and isolation moves (focusing on one muscle), this workout maximizes your time by working your body from head to toe in just five minutes.

You will perform the following moves for one minute each:

  1. Squat with Side Raise
  2. Lunge with Overhead Shoulder Press
  3. Uppercuts
  4. Triceps Kickbacks
  5. Rows

This circuit-style workout will burn calories while tightening and toning your muscles. You can do it one, two or three times through if you have extra time — You can also combine it with last year's Five-Minute Summer Body Workout for a 10-minute blast that will get you beach-ready before you know it!
