Bowflex SelectTech 6 Week Challenge
The internet has truly revolutionized the fitness world, providing access to hundreds of thousands of video guides for just about any fitness category, including dumbbell workouts. As remarkable as this is, it can also be one of the biggest deterrents to starting a new routine – especially for those that are new to fitness and unsure of where to begin.
The Bowflex SelectTech 6 Week Challenge is a classic total body program designed with both beginner and advanced users in mind. This 6-week program delivers top-to-bottom-muscle growth, improving your strength, endurance and overall fitness level. There are three 45 minute workouts per week, each focused on different muscle groups. All reps are in the optimal 8-12 range to build muscle. As your fitness level and ability to handle more work increases, rest time between sets will decrease while the number of exercises and sets in each workout will increase.
