6 Ways to Use the BowFlex T6 Treadmill

Whether you want to run further, faster, or more consistently, the T6 offers the tools to help you level up. Mix up your running routine with these workouts:

  • Steady state run: After a brief warm up, settle into a comfortable pace (a Zone 2 conversational effort) for 20-45 minutes — or longer, if you're feeling up to it.
  • Incline walk: he incline walk is popular workout for a reason — it's low-impact cardio that can boost your leg strength. Set the incline on the T6 between 5% to 12% and walk briskly for 20-30 minutes.
  • Interval training: After a brief warm up, turn up the speed and run fast for 1-2 minutes. Recover at a slow jog or walk for 1-2 minutes. Repeat for 20-30 minutes.
  • Hill repeats: Set the incline on the treadmill to 6-10% and run for 1-2 minutes, then reduce the incline and jog or walk to recover. Repeat 4-8 times.
