Standard Shipping

You will be contacted to schedule a delivery date when your product arrives at the RXO delivery hub. The evening prior to delivery, RXO will notify you with your 4-hour time window that will fall between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday. On the day of delivery, the delivery team will call you 30 minutes prior to arrival. Your product will be placed inside the first dry room of your home. A person 18 years or older must be present for the delivery.

Standard Shipping Plus Assembly

Don't stress about trying to assemble your new machine. Combine delivery and assembly in one affordable price. Our delivery with assembly option includes:

  • Delivery and full product assembly in your room of choice by a qualified technician.
  • Movement of boxes and packaging materials to your refuse area or desired location on property (please review return policy).

Approximately 48 hours prior to your product arriving at the nearest ABF distribution center, you will be contacted to schedule a mutually agreeable appointment for delivery and assembly. Appointments are scheduled in 4-hour windows, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. A person 18 years or older must be present for the assembly service.

If for any reason you wish to cancel this service, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full service refund within 7 business days. Refunds will not be offered for completed services.

Assembly Services

If you purchase In-Home Assembly with your {{short-name}}, you will be contacted 1 - 3 business days after your product ships to schedule a post-delivery appointment.

Delivery Restrictions

Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations. For some items, delivery may only be available in the contiguous United States.

Delivery Timing

The following may affect the delivery timing of your order:

  • Payment must be received and approved before an order is processed and shipped (generally the same day).
  • Items ordered together may not ship at the same time; however, your credit card or account will be billed only for what is shipped.
  • Inclement weather may cause unforeseen delays in shipping.
