A Strong Back Equals a Strong Core

Most people that I know and see at the gym focus on getting that six-pack, but they sometimes completely forget to strengthen their back as well to improve their overall core strength. That is why I designed this short, equipment-free workout to define your back in very little time. Do this back workout two days a week with three days in between.

Each time you do this workout focus on these four things:

  1. Keeping your face relaxed.
  2. Not overextending your neck.
  3. Keeping your stomach in like you have a tight pair of jeans on.
  4. Always do the stretching at the end.
