In this first workout, Spencer gives a brief introduction to AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) workouts, walks through the push press exercise that is a main part of the workout, and gives a demonstration of what the workout will look like.

When doing this workout, you will want to go 15 minutes straight, doing as many rounds as possible (AMRAP). Be sure to choose a weight that is challenging, but will also allow you to continue for 15 minutes and not put you at risk of injury. As you train with this workout, try to increase the number of rounds you are able to do as your fitness level progresses.
