Tom is also an elite endurance athlete with 23 Ironman triathlon and over 70 marathon and ultramarathon finishes around the world.
Bowflex Dietitian™, Erin Kuh, is an ACE certified personal trainer and a registered dietitian – not the food police. She’s dedicated to helping others find balance and translate confusing and overwhelming diet and nutrition information into meals they can eat.
Amanda Wormann is a food-obsessed marketing consultant, photographer, and writer who believes healthy food doesn’t have to be boring or complicated. She loves cooking up new recipes focused on easy, good food for everyday people and making healthy choices where she can and sharing those ideas with others trying to do the same. As an avid snowboarder, runner, and all-around adventurer, Amanda knows the importance of powering the body and mind while making sure to enjoy life along the way.
Amy Kiser Schemper (MS, CPT)
Amy is a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with a Master's in Exercise Science, and a mom of two. She believes in time efficient workouts for everyone, and that exercise shouldn't add stress to your life. Amy is the founder of BodyFit by Amy, an online fitness community and You Tube Channel.
James White is a personal trainer and health/fitness copywriter who currently runs his own business in New York. While his main focus may be fitness, James notes he also enjoys long walks on the beach, hockey, and classic novels.
Lisa was a borderline obese mom of two who entered a bodybuilding competition as a last ditch effort to lose weight. She balanced strength training with potty training, lost 50 pounds while fixing her messy life in the process. Now she helps and inspires others with her down to earth style, helping others with her story.
