Three of the Best Exercises for Sculpting Your Thighs and Butt

Want great looking legs? Well, you can have them and it only takes a few exercises to get started. This video highlights three lower-body moves that will target the major muscle groups in your legs including the glutes, thighs and hamstrings:

The exercises demonstrated in this video that will tone and strengthen your thighs and butt include:

  1. Squats
  2. Lateral Lunges
  3. Deadlifts

Do 2–3 sets of 10–15 repetitions of each exercise on alternating days of the week.

If you’re just beginning a workout program or are doing these exercises for the first time, start with just your bodyweight. Do the moves slowly and focus on maintaining good form. After you have become acclimated to the movements and increased your strength, you can hold a pair of SelectTech dumbbells or other set of weights for an even greater challenge.
