Simple Tricks to Help You Stay Fit During Back to School Time

Say good-bye to summer: It’s back to school time for the kids, which means hectic schedules and less time to exercise. I know — I have two young boys myself.

We at Bowflex are big believers that there is no amount of exercise that is “too small.” It all adds up, it all counts and it all makes a difference. Science keeps telling us so.

So, as the days start getting shorter and your schedule more chaotic, focus on getting in whatever you can, whenever you can. As the saying goes, small steps still move you closer to your goal. Then, after the craziness of back to school time has died down and you are back into a regular routine, you can get back to your longer workouts without having fallen off track.
