Quick At-Home Workouts: Tone Your Arms

One of the things I’ve found really important as a mom, is to have really strong arms. With four kids and all the things that come along with four kids - car seats, groceries, larger toys, you name it - having strong arms can make my life a little less exhausting (and a lot more fun!).

Here’s a demonstration of some of my favorite workouts for arms that can easily be done in the comfort of your own home:

The three exercises shown are:

  1. Push-ups
  2. Triceps Extensions
  3. Triceps Dips

Work however many reps of these that you can around your other daily activities to make sure you are keeping your arms strong and making your parenting life a little bit easier!
