Have just four minutes to spare? Perfect. Then you can start to sculpt great-looking, strong legs. There's no need to go to the gym either - You can do it in all the privacy of your home with minimal equipment, or just your body weight. It's not about complexity, either - it's consistency that will get you results. Here's a great four-minute leg-sculpting routine for both women and men:

Here is what the workout includes:

  • 10 Seconds - Running in Place
  • 30 Seconds - Squats
  • 10 Seconds - Jumping Jacks
  • 30 Seconds - Forward Lunges
  • 10 Seconds - Jumping Jacks
  • 30 Seconds - Backward Lunges
  • 10 Seconds - Running in Place
  • 30 Seconds - Lateral Lunges
  • 10 Seconds - Jumping Jacks
  • 30 Seconds - Squat Hold
  • 10 Seconds - Running in Place
  • 30 Seconds - Jump Squats
