The Four-Minute Butt and Thigh Sculpting Workout

In this workout you’ll be performing four exercises that target the lower body: A squat, front lunge, deadlift, and a back lunge. You’ll be performing each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest in between.

You can do these exercises with or without weights. If you are doing them for the first time, start by learning the correct form and building a base of strength using just your body weight. You don’t need to use weights to get results from this workout, especially if you are just beginning a strength training program.

You can do this routine once, twice or even three times through depending on your fitness level, goals, and time available. This workout will strengthen, tone, and sculpt all the major muscle groups of your legs, helping you to look and feel your best!
