Fit Tip Thursday: The Five-Minute Summer Body Workout

Summer is right around the corner, which means we can no longer hide our bodies under layers and layers of long, bulky clothing. If we want to look great in shorts and on the beach, there is still time to sculpt our bodies and drop those last few stubborn pounds.

Most people fail to exercise because they can't find an extra hour in their day to devote to working out. Well, how about five minutes then? Everyone can find an extra five minutes to exercise. If you've read my previous posts you know I am a big proponent of shorter workouts done throughout the day. These “micro” sessions will elicit major results over time.

So here you have it - A great five-minute workout that you can do throughout the day to get that body feeling great and beach-ready:
