This recipe, with the base ingredient of watermelon, is a great thirst-quencher. Even though it is 92% water, it gives you a giant dose of glutathione, an antioxidant that is produced naturally in your body to reduce toxins and help your immune system.

Electrolyte Punch Insert

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup watermelon chunks
  • 8 Raspberries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax
  • 1 Tablespoon lime or lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Place all the below ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
