Bowflex Max Trainer weight loss success story

Meet Jodie: a working mom, former rugby player and fitness model. She brings a new spin to the idea of seeing and feeling results from a workout.

With her incredible fitness background, what was there to gain? A lot for Jodie, who had to quit playing professional rugby after 6 years because she needed a knee replacement.

"When I was a professional rugby player, fitness was like my job. I didn't have to think about it much. This is the day I work out, this is the day I have to meet my trainer."

Once her rugby career ended, she realized that she had to make fitness part of her daily routine. The only issue – there are multiple barriers to exercising in a gym and on your own. From gym intimidation to not knowing the best exercises, it can be hard to figure out how to use your time adequately and effectively.

While Jodie was modeling at the time, which helped keep her in shape, there was still something missing.

When she started using the Bowflex Max Trainer with her friends, she said it was unlike anything she had experienced before.

The real story is what she gained: Energy, stamina and endurance.

"When you feel good, you actually don't want to slump around. Once you give someone a key to a healthy and good-looking life, it makes them motivated to do more."
