The 14 Minute Bowflex Max Workout

We at Bowflex know it’s not easy for many of you to find a full hour to devote to exercise, or even thirty minutes for that matter. You’re busy. We understand.

That’s one of the reasons we designed the Bowflex Max Trainer — To help you get the maximum results in the shortest amount of time. We even added built-in 14 minute workouts that you can start with the simple touch of a button. We took the emerging science of High Intensity Interval Training, something that can be confusing for many, and made it as easy to do as possible.

We also realize that you can get bored with doing the same workout routine over and over, and you’re body can get acclimated to it as well. Mixing it up keeps you both interested and motivated, and keeps you from hitting that dreaded “plateau.”

Here’s a video that shows you what the 14 Minute Bowflex Max Trainer workout looks like. If you happen to have one at home already, hop on and workout along with us:

The 14 Minute Bowflex Max Trainer Workout breaks down into these intervals:

  • 25 seconds of high intensity
  • 80 seconds of low intensity (recovery)
  • Repeat the intervals 7 more times

The high and low intensity intervals can be set to match your fitness level, so you can ensure you get the workout you need.
